   Reporting to the COO, I lead and manage projects from conception to implementation. Recent projects include:* iFoster Youth Collaboration (April 2021 - Present)- Led the initiative to collaborate with iFoster during COVID which involved foster youth assisting with scheduling COVID vaccine appointments. When the pandemic was over, iFoster transitioned to regular phone support. During this time, I managed the relationship with iFoster and developed and implemented the process- As of early 2024, the partnership expanded by offering opportunities for foster youth to work as paid volunteers in our various clinics. This program runs annually from January-October each year.* New Multi-Service Medical Clinic Construction (March 2022 - Present)- Oversee the Project Team, including the Project Architect, Construction Firm, and all project deliverables to ensure the clinic is fully furnished, staffed, and operational by Sept 2024* Mobile Dental Health Van (March 2023 - Present)- Oversee the Project Team, including the Dental Director, and all project deliverables to ensure the mobile clinic is built, fully furnished, staffed, and operational.* LANES (Health Information Exchange)(August 2021 - Nov 2023)- Oversee the implementation of LANES into NextGen- Manage communications across departments- Create training and documentation to support implementation* Creation and Management of COVID-19 Vaccination Department (Feb 2021 - Nov 2022)- Hire, train, schedule, and oversee 50+ staff at multiple locations- Manage COVID-19 communications across the company- Oversee subprojects within billing, data management, reporting, communications- Manage mobile unit clinic for all COVID-19 events- Manage the implementation of COVID-19 vaccines into regular clinic operations* Provider Approval Queue (PAQ)(July 2021 - March 2022)- Worked directly with CMO and COO and oversaw the workflow and documentation of PAQ in NextGen- Weekly PAQ report updates
