There\'s a sweet spot where empathy meets data meets impact, and that\'s where I do my best work.The sociology major in me has always been obsessed with finding solutions to our biggest social and systemic challenges. The strategist in me rolls up her sleeves to build the systems that make solutions stick.As a first-generation college grad and oldest of three sisters, I know firsthand what it feels like to navigate career decisions without a roadmap. That experience has shaped everything I do. My career has been devoted to democratizing access to the career knowledge, tools, and connections that help learners launch and relaunch into new futures. I believe the right support at the right time is trajectory-changing.As Partner Success Manager at CareerVillage, I get to work at the intersection of technology, equity, and career development, helping workforce development organizations, higher education institutions, and community partners implement AI-powered career coaching in ways that are ethical, effective, and built to last. CareerVillage\'s philosophy, that AI supplements rather than replaces human guidance, is one I believe in deeply.With AI accelerating disruption across education and workforce development, this work has never mattered more.    I help make sure the organizations bringing career coaching to learners who need it most are actually set up to succeed long-term while providing hands-on support in technical implementation and data insights. I work with partners through every stage of implementation, from onboarding through launch and beyond. My job is to take what’s complex and make it clear and easy building block system that enables scaled support to provide personalized impact. When a partner thrives, more learners get access to the kind of quality career guidance that changes trajectories.
