I’ve spent my career building products that solve real problems—with empathy, creativity, and a deep respect for the user.After more than a decade at Red Ventures, I’ve had the rare opportunity to grow from an entry-level role into senior product leadership. Along the way, I’ve worked across verticals, teams, and technologies—leading everything from enterprise sales platforms to fully integrated, AI-powered mortgage solutions. I love finding elegant answers to complex questions, blending user experience, data, and business strategy into products that actually work.Today, I lead the product team at Sage Home Loans, where we’ve built our tech platform from the ground up. From rethinking the mortgage application to building AI copilots for our loan officers, I focus on applying AI intentionally—where it enhances speed, accuracy, and decision-making without ever getting in the way of the human on the other side. My approach is product-first, not hype-first.At the heart of it all is a love for creative problem solving and cross-functional collaboration. I work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, compliance, and legal to drive both vision and execution—and I’ve never lost the joy of launching something new.
