About Kelsey Gow
After completing my Food Science and Human Nutrition degree at the University of Illinois, I was motivated to discover the dream role that encompassed all of my passions and that highlighted my skill-set. Intersecting at the crux of chemistry and the culinary arts: my passion to pursue food science emerged. I am focused on putting my passions and skills to great use by supporting projects that align with my values, such as innovating sustainable alternatives. I enjoy the unambiguity aspect of this field, however I truly believe that creativity plays an instrumental role in product innovation. These specific qualities that food science exudes are exactly what motivates me to continuously improve in this ever evolving industry.

Delivered numerous stand out products for both the North America Convenience and Spirits pipeline across Captain Morgan, Baileys, Smirnoff and new-to-world brands. Some examples of my work include Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueurs, Ketel One Espresso Martini, Cosmopolitan and Lemon Drop Martini, Smirnoff SMASH (Teas, Strawberry Passionfruit), Astral Margarita, Loyal 9 Margarita, Captain Morgan Sweet Chili Lime, Captain Morgan Sweet Heat Variety Pack, Tiny Island RTDs, Captain Morgan RTD variety packs.In my new role, I will continue leading our work on the Natural Color R&D platform and has bring deep SME ingredient understanding & solutions to the Liquid & Pack Teams. Additionally, I will have greater strategic focus on larger growth platforms, particularly in Premix & Convenience – driving industry leading, differentiated ideas, and long-term R&D programs that will create meaningful value for Diageo in F27 and beyond.
