My role is to serve as the primary point of contact with companies to facilitate information exchange, learn about trial opportunities within company portfolios, and to work with UNC investigators to identify if those studies will be a good fit for the patient population. I am primarily assigned to the hematology oncology groups.• Interact with medical oncologists to understand portfolio needs and nuances in patient populations.• Establish relationships with industry medical science liaisons and clinical development teams. • Stay up-to-date with emerging clinical trial opportunities and treatment paradigms.• Create opportunities for industry partners and clinicians to partner via pipeline presentations and information exchange events.
