I’m a nonprofit leader passionate about building inclusive communities, advancing disability advocacy, and creating opportunities through strategic partnerships and fundraising.As Executive Director of The Didlake Foundation, I lead efforts that drive visibility, donor engagement, and mission-aligned growth. With a CFRE, ACNP, and decades of experience in fundraising, communications, and community development, I help bridge resources with impact - ensuring people with disabilities have access to the support, employment, and inclusion they deserve.I live in a multigenerational household in Virginia with my husband, daughter (a proud @GMU student), son (a @colganhs student and baseball player), and my mom. I find joy in meaningful work, community events, creative problem-solving, and everyday moments with family, my four large-breed dogs, and friends.Always open to connection, collaboration, or conversation, especially if it leads to making the world a bit more inclusive.
