About Kelsey Dachman
Dr. Kelsey Dachman is a licensed behavior analyst with over 10 years of experience as a clinician, educator, and researcher. As the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Center for Supportive Communities, she uses behavior science to advance public health and policy, particularly within systems serving justice-involved youth. A strong advocate for children, Dr. Dachman partners with communities to strengthen support systems that promote healthy development and opportunity. She also serves as an adjunct professor in the University of Kansas Criminal Justice Program, where she teaches courses on juvenile behavior, delinquency, justice, and rehabilitation. Dr. Dachman earned her doctorate in Behavioral Psychology and her master’s in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas. She completed her doctoral internship in Behavioral Pediatrics at Children’s Mercy Kansas City.
