As the Benefits and Wellness Manager, I handle benefit questions and administer annual open enrollment for all employees. I work closely with our third party benefit administrator system, payroll system, carrier vendors, and broker to resolve issues impacting enrollment, eligibility and other employee questions; escalating issues as necessary. I champion our wellness program that encompasses a variety of wellness events and activities through the year. I create and manage the BeWell Benefits + Wellness program for all employees; giving out monthly resources, initiatives and support for our benefits and wellness. I head up the Parents Support Group, a group that allows parents to come together monthly to talk about advice, tips, parenting and promoting a community among other parents in the company. I am committed to supporting employees and their family members on claims, benefits and day-to-day support. I also support employees by managing our FMLA program and assisting employees during their leave.
