Tuberculosis Drug Accelerator- Led product strategy and development of a custom Power BI portfolio platform, improving visibility into 25+ TB drug assets and enabling data-driven decisions across a global Tuberculosis R&D network. Established the platform as a central tool for quarterly portfolio reviews and enabled adoption across additional Gates Foundation consortia- Owned the implementation of data systems (e.g, DAIKON, governance frameworks) that unified 25 global partners around shared terminology, workflows, and portfolio metrics. Improved cross-consortium data integrity and reduced duplication- Standardized cross-consortium operations by developing governance tools (e.g, AI policy, Working Group guidance, resource models) that improved transparency, aligned stakeholders, and accelerated delivery of quality preclinical candidates across a decentralized drug development ecosystem- Launched targeted partner engagements (e.g, MedChem workshop, Microsoft AI collaboration) to identify unmet user needs, prioritize technical opportunities, and develop new discovery initiatives.Maternal, Newborn, Child Nutrition & Health- Partnered with neonatologists and researchers to design a targeted compound screening strategy to treat newborns with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Secured $7.5M to build a cross-lab execution model focused on accelerating candidate identification- Organized a cross-organizational lead candidate selection stage gate for a drug/device combination product for the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Established clear guidance for joint decision making- Convened internal stakeholders to generate target product requirements and manage expectations ahead of asset transition to a product development partner- Informed shifts in product development strategy by synthesizing nuanced data visualizations and decision trees.
