   Architected Alabama’s first technology-enabled work-based learning intermediary focused on data and AI—building skills-based hiring, adaptive upskilling, and stackable microcredential infrastructure from scratch—and scaled it into a nationally cited model positioned for cross-state replication; 41 employers, 69 paid internships,~$3M regional economic impact to date- Lead applied research, evaluation, and policy translation, co-authoring peer-reviewed publication and overseeing ESSA Tier II and validation studies to strengthen evidence of AI software efficacy and advance implementation and policy alignment- Serve as public-facing ambassador advising educators, employers, and legislative stakeholders on data and AI/ML career pathways while driving statewide adoption of $2.6M ALSDE data and AI literacy education contract across 300+ schools- Secured and aligned braided funding across public, philanthropic, and federal funding streams ($2.5M+ proposed;$268K awarded) to support long-term system sustainability and scaling. Mobilized $350k Alabama Data Scholars program budget- Generated custom industry-aligned AI literacy curricula sales and opened postsecondary vertical—now QuantHub\'s fastest growing market, used at 30+ US universities.
