Before I introduce myself I want to share that I am easier to reach via Instagram @kelseymarie.wellness I help guide and support clients through their windows of transformations. With a focus on supporting clients through big life transitions ñ through nervous system regulation. I allow a safe and sacred container for healing through somatics, experiencing processes, Breathwork, meditations, energy healing and consistent check in trauma informed conversations. Facilitating unique and profound experiences inducing deep healing and transformation through the power of plant medicine preparation, integration, and ceremony itself. I offer international ceremonies, retreats, workshops and events. I also offer 1-1 coaching, mentorship and support both online and in person. It is my mission to introduce holistic full body healing through the breath integrated with the power of plant medicine journeys and somatics to as many people as I possibly can! From corporate professionals and essential workers to the spiritually enlightened and healers who want to DIVE DEEP. Breathwork is a gentle, body-centered approach of healing transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of old energies, patterns, conditioning, and negative thoughts while opening the door for greater consciousness! Mixed with deep, immersive plant medicine and energy healings you can awaken to your true potential and unleash the power within! Most of us are living our whole lives not fully breathing and holding back the breath. Therefore not fully living. When we start to breathe fully and consciously we are easily able to release what we have been holding onto, welcoming forgiveness, expansion, and self-love.
