   I currently work as a Software Engineering Manager focused on billing and internal tooling capabilities. My role involves cross collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand billing and sales related workflows, recommend technologies that would optimize these needs, and transform these into software engineering requirements for the team. I work directly with product managers to create quarterly roadmaps, enable processes to meet these quarterly product goals, and communicate roadmap progress to leaders in the organization. My responsibilities include performance reviews of software engineers on my team, hiring of new team members, and defining career goals and development plans for team members.
