Learning Implementation: Execute training material for staff in person and virtually. Foster staff growth through feedback and coaching opportunities.Instructional Design: Create training material for staff to fit a variety of learning methods. Partner with peers to design and develop quality learning components in the form of e-courses, in person learning, job aids, and videos. Lead video content creator.Program Management: Analyze training material to ensure compliance with Credit Union standards and regulations.Contribute to the implementation and improvement of career development and staff advancement programs for Credit Union staff. Coach peers to navigate our Learning Management System.Project Management: Collaborate with peers and other departments to target strategic initiatives with quality instructional design and timeline deadlines. Conduct regular meetings to adhere to schedules, budget, and timelines.Event Coordination: Serves as lead member in two large scale corporate event planning, including selection of speakers, projection of budget, adjustment of timelines, and ability to handle day of solutions and next best steps.
