   Serve as point of contact to global team members, answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of People Operations • Advise on a wide range of topics, from compensation, performance management, employee relations, and payroll • Partner with Talent Attraction and cross-functional global teams to provide a holistic employee experience while delivering people programs across the organization • Facilitator for key practices such as immigration/visa sponsorship in partnership with counsel, performance/compensation reviews, engagement surveys, etc. • Run ad-hoc and regular reporting (headcount, terminations, new hires, promotions, etc.) • Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, pulse check-ins), and analyze themes and trends to drive actions from employee feedback • Continuously assess for process improvements; partner with the broader People team to implement solutions • Maintain top Talent Ops priorities such as recruiter dashboard metrics, ATS management/guidance, offers, etc.
