About Kelsey Swantek

Project Engineer at Massaro Construction Group in Erie, PA. I have a MS in Engineering Management and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Robert Morris University. With over 7 years of experience as a project engineer in Pittsburgh, PA, Detroit, MI, and Chicago, IL I bring unique experience to my role as a project engineer in Erie. The goal is to grow and become a strong, confident, and experienced project manager, but I love my role as a PE. As I continue to learn I’ve noticed as a project engineer, I can have a hand in every corner of the construction process. Working closely with superintendents, foremen, estimators, accountants, and project managers has taught me that the dynamic of a committed and dedicated team is what makes an extremely successful project. I am strongly proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, E-Builder, LEED documentation and Microsoft applications. My project background mostly includes healthcare (UPMC, AHN, Ascension, Beaumont, etc) K-12 and higher education(Duquesne, Pitt, Penn State, Stevenson HS) warehouse/distribution(DHL, FedEx, Frito-Lay)and manufacturing (Hyundai, Behr Paint) design-build development, construction and pre-construction. I am very passionate about my work and have always put my all into any and every project.
