In college, I dreaded having to take my market research class, because to me, market research was synonymous with those \"survey calls\" that always happened to during dinner. However, I learned there was much more to market research and it was a field that interested me. When it was time to start my job search, I applied as an assistant research executive for Millward Brown and have grown with the company for the past 13 years. I greatly enjoy the people I work with at Kantar Atlanta.Before beginning my research career, I spent some time in a a couple different hospitality roles. A majority of those years were working for a QSR, where I gained great experience in customer service and management skills.

As a Research Design & Management (RDM) Director, I execute best-in-class advanced research studies. Daily responsibilities: • Ensure client’s central business needs are met by picking a study methodology that will best answer their research questions • Coordinate across departments (estimating, programming, data processing, coding, client management) to ensure client timelines, deliverables and needs are met• Manage project timelines and scope• Manage operational costsIn addition to my daily tasks, I am constantly looking for ways to simplify and improve processes across accounts. I currently help on a handful of internal process development/automation teams. I also help train new employees to the RDM team in offices across the US. During my time with MB, I have worked with an array of clients on both domestic and global projects across a variety of categories.
