About Kelsey Rigopoulos

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics with a Minor in Psychology. I have been a Registered Dietitian since passing the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics CDR registration examination in the summer of 2015. I am incredibly passionate in providing education around the effects of diet culture in our food and body relationships, and support to anyone who needs it. As a HAES® advocate I strive to help people find both peace and health, whatever that means for them and their body. I currently have my own practice and see clients for individual nutrition therapy with an Intuitive Eating approach. I work both out of Templeton and virtually, and accept several types of insurance as well as private pay.

   I am so excited to announce that with the support of some close colleagues I have been working in my own practice full time for about six months. I remain eager to help those on an outpatient basis to mend relationships with food and their bodies utilizing a Health At Every Size approach and Intuitive Eating philosophies. I have space in both Templeton and Leominster Ma and am accepting new clients.
