Oversee accounts receivable operations, personnel, & workflow. Provide support, guidance, & reporting companywide related to accounts receivable, distributor billing/history/contracts, sales expenses, & miscellaneous internal, tax, or shipment reporting. Maintain companywide regulatory compliance through guiding process, procedure, & reporting requirements. • Complete routine internal reporting, state & federal excise taxes, & brewery operational reporting for all license types. • Ensure companywide compliance with state & federal regulations set forth by CA ABC, the Alcohol Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau, NCDOR, CDTFA, & Cal Recycle. • Analyze company data & assist in interpretation for Finance & other departments. • Assist with financial closes & audits. Maintain accounting ledgers & financial security through adherence to GAAP & internal accounting controls. • Identify system, process, & applications improvements. Implement new applications, modifications, or updates as needed to achieve greater efficiency & effectiveness. • Lead a Sales Reporting Team initiative to better serve these internal customers by offering insights, additional value added reporting, & budgetary guidance in relatable language & tools. • Maintain positive relationships with wholesalers both domestic & international. • Collaborate across departments to acquire, develop, & improve data sources, reporting, & traceability.
