Serve as point of contact to global team members, answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of People Operations; this includes benefits, open enrollment, compensation, performance management and cycles, leave management and tracking, employee relations, reasonable accommodations, payroll, etc.•Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, pulse check-ins), and analyze themes and trends to drive actions from employee feedback•Pitched tool consolidation for cost savings; led implementation of Paylocity (transition from TriNet), eliminating Confirm and TriNet + two-day SCALIS implementation, achieving ~20% cost savings and improved data accuracy•Closely collaborate with business operations leadership for various initiatives such as international entity setup, company events, implement and own an entirely new onboard/offboard process for independent contractors, etc.•Primary point of contact for all company immigration/visa sponsorship efforts in partnership with counsel•Partner with Security Team for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance and internal and external audits•Scoping needs, allocating resources, and managing tasks on programs and projects from inception to close, or throughout their entire lifecycle if continuous or ongoing•Partner with Talent Attraction and cross-functional global teams to provide a holistic employee experience while delivering people programs across the organization•Run ad-hoc and regular reporting (headcount, terminations, new hires, promotions, etc.) •Continuously assess for process improvements; partner with the broader People team to implement solutions•Maintain all Talent Ops priorities such as recruiter dashboard metrics, ATS management/guidance, offers, etc.
