Kelsey McWilliams is a WASH consultant focused on scaling circular sanitation models and building evidence that circular sanitation systems increase resiliency to climate change. Kelsey has worked in the sanitation sector for 10 years throughout India, east Africa, and the Americas. She is currently the founder and CEO of Point of Shift, a circular sanitation consultancy. Point of Shift designs and implements beautiful, circular waste systems across the US.Previously, Kelsey managed several sanitation projects that focused on implementing innovative sanitation within agricultural systems to demonstrate environmental, social, and economic benefits. Kelsey has also worked with entrepreneurs to develop market entry strategies and, as the first full-time hire of a startup, to change how society views portapotties. She has also designed circular sanitation technology trials in India, Kenya, and the US.
