Oklahoma transplant loving the Mile High City and all that Colorado has to offer! I am a proud TU grad, wife, dog mom, competitive, and love to travel. I spent a little over a year as a Technical Recruiter in our corporate office in Tulsa, OK before taking a leap of faith and moving to Denver to transition into an Account Manager role. My job has taught me so much and has allowed me to grow tremendously, both professionally and personally, and I’m forever grateful for that. I love the people that I work with and the clients I have the opportunity to serve. Do what you love, love what you do. I’m so thankful to have found a company with such high integrity that allows me to do exactly that. There is nothing more rewarding than helping clients find their perfect candidate while helping candidates find their perfect job.

   I began my IT Account Management journey after transferring from our Tulsa office to our Denver office. My role is multi-faceted, which makes every day exciting and challenging. I love continuously developing my sales territory through self-found leads, industry knowledge, and relationship management. I meet with prospective IT clients in order to build long-lasting relationships by utilizing our services to achieve successful staff augmentation through contract and direct hire placements. In the ongoing battle for top talent, we attract and retain the very best candidates by matching them with awesome companies, the right job and serving both exceptionally well. My favorite aspect of my role is that it allows me to develop long-lasting relationships with IT clients and form a partnership by truly understanding their individual teams and needs. I am extremely passionate about serving both our clients and our consultants. I’m also responsible for leading and developing a team of recruiters to not only meet client staffing needs, but their personal and financial goals as well. I have had the honor of promoting 4 recruiters and know there will be more to come. Recently, Inceed was recognized by Forbes as a top Staffing and Recruiting firm. Forbes compiled surveys from recruiters and 5,400 job candidates. We were given a #5 for America\'s Best Temp Staffing Firms and we were ranked 42 out of 138 for the Best Recruiters.
