About Kelsey Lee

I have spent much of my career as a community pharmacist, where I enjoyed getting to know my patients and providing them the information and education they needed to make their best healthcare decisions. I was involved in the opening of three different pharmacies and have a broad view of what it takes to build a successful business, from both the financial and customer service aspects.Now, as a part of the Humana team, I am able to use my clinical skills and knowledge to have a broader impact on health and well-being. I have broad PBM experience and strong knowledge of CMS requirements as they relate to Medicare formularies and utilization management, which allows me to think holistically about the member/provider experience, as well as business impacts.
