About Kelsey Lassiter
Currently a business student at Clemson University pursuing a Bachelors of Science in management with an emphasis in human recourses. I have had the opportunity to complete three rotations within BMW Manufacturing Co. at Plant Spartanburg. Within these roles I have been able to see and interact with different departments to understand and broaden my knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Notable experiences throughout my internships- Assist in interviewing and onboarding 100+ incoming interns for upcoming rotations at Plant Spartanburg- Organized an ongoing file structure to house crucial information that could now be easily found when needed- Created a presentation that was crucial in upper-management presentations regarding supplier safety topics- Supported supplier diversity and the organization of a company event involving 115+ suppliers- Create an APEX dashboard that house important information for the department saving crucial time when searching for this information- Lead daily meetings presenting to upper management on quality topics happening within the shop- Assisted in implementing a new system for maintenance reports allowing for easy access and navigation.
