About Kelsey Ford
Having worked in academia, startup, and Fortune 100s as a digital health expert, my teams and I reshaped the approach to product and service development, leveraging behavioral science, digital health, and design thinking to drive business and health objectives. I bring over 10 years’ experience developing and investigating multi-level behavior change interventions – in-person, digitally, and virtually. Much of my work translates concepts from social sciences into practical guidance for value-based care programs, omni-channel personalized health communications, health-related wearables/sensors, mobile companion apps, and patient portals – primarily for chronic disease management and preventive health promotion. To articulate claims of effectiveness and efficacy, my role in research teams has generated evidence using innovative study designs, research methods, and scientific dissemination strategies. Such work has enabled researchers and companies, ensuring their interventions and products drive meaningful and authentic engagement, bolstering patient, provider, member, and/or consumer experience.
