I am inherently competitive and love to win! Whether it’s a friendly game of golf, a Peloton workout, or becoming the State Champion in the 100m high hurdles, competing awakens a fire within!No matter what company or industry I’ve been in, I’ve risen to levels of leadership managing internal and external meetings and training sessions, while also working collaboratively across the organizations from entry level to C level internally as well as externally.As an empath by nature, I care about helping my teams recognize their own strengths while working with them to achieve personal and professional success. I also care about my customers. I’ve been recognized to have an innate ability to ask the right questions. This gives those that I’m speaking with the confidence to share what they need while I work diligently to meet that need. I surpassed my 52 annual book goal by 3, reaching 55 books read in 2023 alone. Reading is my form of meditation!A beloved family member was recently diagnosed with a rare disease. I mention it here, because ever since, it has awakened a desire in me to work with organizations that provide a product or service that add to the well being of people.
