At Summit Eye Center, my practice focuses on the clinical management of glaucoma, cornea, cataract and refractive surgery. I enjoy the management of dry eye patients as well. I work closely with area optometrists and their co-management of surgical patients. Prior to joining Summit Eye Center, I was a Medical Science Liaison with ReVision Optics. I received my optometric degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL and did a one-year fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at Hunkeler Eye Centers under the tutelage of Daniel Durrie, M.D. While attending the Illinois College of Optometry, I gained my clinical experience at West Side Veterans Administration Medical Center in Chicago, IL, Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago, IL, and Omni Eye Specialists in Baltimore, MD.I have participated in many clinical studies, including the testing of new lasers for laser vision correction. I have been published in professional medical journals.
