Growing up in the resort industry allowed me to develop the \"guest first\" mindset. By both asking questions and observing people day in and day out, I was able to gain an understanding of what makes people tick. Having this awareness has taught me how to find ways to get along with everyone I meet both personally and professionally. I utilize this approach when I work with peers, leaders and cross functional partners, thus always posing my favorite question, how can we work together to create the best \"guest\" experience? I am a highly organized, self-starter who loves to problem solve and drive projects forward. It is important to me to build solid relationships with both clients and coworkers so we can focus on doing outstanding work. I learn quickly but thrive in the gray area, my endless curiosity allows me to dig in to figure out how to optimize processes, both big and small, on the daily. I love thinking differently and checking items off of my to-do list. I work best under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, where the small details and the big picture are equally important.
