   Communicate with prospects and clients regarding the executive compensation study process, including creating and sending engagement letters for client approval, preparing client prep list, setting up secure shared files for the transfer of requested data, participating in follow-up calls after the delivery of the draft report, and making requested adjustments before delivering the final report. Conduct comparative research on multiple compensation databases based on the specifications of the client organization. Curate the comparative data to create custom tables and charts that provide the client with peer comparisons. Assist with other administrative and research tasks as assigned.
