About Kelsey Goode
A year after graduating, I joined SERVPRO as a Social Media/Marketing Coordinator—eager, curious, and ready to learn. I had no idea that role would be the start of a nine‑year journey. I moved into the Director of Communications role, where I learned how to shape a brand’s voice and lead strategy. From there, I stepped into the Regional Sales Manager position, overseeing three states and driving growth across a large territory. And, in tandem with my Sales Manager position, I am also a Certified Continuing Education Instructor within the Sales department. Each chapter pushed me in new ways and helped me grow as a leader. I’m proud of the path I’ve taken and excited for the next chapter ahead.
