As the Head of Schools for Eventus Education, I provide visionary, strategic, and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of early childhood education centers nationwide. I work collaboratively with regional directors, school leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support a network of schools in achieving excellence in early childhood education through strong instructional practices, staff development, and operational efficiency. • Develop and implement systems that promote high-quality learning environments, child safety, and family engagement. • Coach and mentor school directors and regional leaders, driving performance and professional growth. • Partner with executive leadership to design scalable processes that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. • Oversee quality assurance and compliance efforts to ensure each school meets or exceeds licensing and accreditation standards. • Champion the organization’s mission to provide equitable, accessible, and exceptional early learning experiences to all children.I am passionate about cultivating leadership at every level, building strong school cultures, and ensuring every child, educator, and family thrives within our programs.
