ABOUT KELSEY BRIGGS
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior consultant who has 10+ years of experience in diverse mental health settings including school districts, in home therapy settings, residential homes and facilities, and clinic based settings. I have experience in working with children, teenagers, and adults and currently hold my administrator license for adult residential facilities as well as my BCBA. I am a licensed behavioral analyst in multiple states and have a background in the study of OBM (Organizational behavior management) which is the application of behavior analytic principles and contingency management techniques to change behavior in organizational settings. In addition to these, I am also a Crisis Prevention Intervention Trainer (CPI) and have an active certification to teach, train and certify staff members in this course. I am knowledgeable in Title 17 & 22 and have HR experience as well as experience with employee relations. I strive to give the best quality of care for my clients and create the best quality of life for my residents, students, clients and families I work with.
