About Kelsey Baker
Growing up, I knew a lot of people close to me who were living for the weekend. Although we try to create a work/life balance, the truth is that it is not so easy to segment your life. I don’t believe a company’s long-term success and employees’ happiness are mutually exclusive, rather I think they are co-dependent. This belief, along with my love for organization, processes, justice, and serving others is what inspired me to pursue a career in HR.
