ABOUT KELSEY ALOIS
In 3 years I graduated from the University at Buffalo with a BA in Psychology. I also completed a minor in Counseling and Management. Soon after I started a HR internship with TECTRAN Manufacturing. Learning keys skills in employee onboarding, file organizations, I9 completion, and many more. I then move on to a Management Trainee role with Enterprise Rent-a-Car where I quickly advanced and have since had 4 promotions. Within my time at Enterprise I have develop prominent leadership and management qualities. I work well in a team and a solo work environment and enjoy interacting and getting to know people. Communication and Organization is my strong suit. I also have skills in all Microsoft platforms, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
