Responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures, HR projects and workflow. Manage the operational roles within the Human Resources Department including HRIS, Total Rewards/Benefits, Internal Communications, Substance Abuse & Background check programming, as well as general HR administrative support. Support the Company\'s General Counsel and Executive Vice President of HR in strategy and execution. Additionally, set the strategy for Total Rewards at Ahern, and legal compliance of policies and processes. Serve as a project manager and project sponsor to internal HR initiatives and implementations. Sit on the Compensation Committee, Mental Health Committee, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Committee, and 401K Committee. Also previously was a member of Ahern\'s COVID Response Team.
