ABOUT KELSEA ARBOUR

She’s a great student but she talks to everyone and is too social” The line I got in every report card from every teacher. From a young age I had a natural ability to engage the entire room without even knowing it. At the time, I thought it was a bad thing, especially when my teachers got frustrated that when I wasn’t working, neither was the rest of the class. But over the years, I’ve realized that this “flaw” is actually one of my greatest strengths, and led me to the world of PR and professional communications.Although I liked to socialize in school - it didn’t mean I wasn’t paying attention.I graduated high school with honours and was selected as Class Valedictorian by my faculty and peers. I moved on to post secondary where I graduated from the Public Relations program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University with distinction, a 4.21 GPA, and the Melville School of Business 2024 June class Valedictorian.At KPU, I learned how to craft impactful narratives, conduct research and analysis, and use various tools and platforms to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. AKA - learning how to use my yapping skills in a professional environment. I’ve tackled everything from content creation and social media management to event planning and PR writing. The art of crafting compelling stories that capture attention is my passion and have learned how to turn any topic into something worth talking about. Whether it’s managing an event or building a brand’s presence online, I’m all about creating experiences that spark conversation.
