   As HR Generalist, I oversee the onboarding process of new hires, employee benefits enrollment, and employee payroll processing for HHM CPAs and two affiliate companies - HHM Wealth Advisors and HHM Bookkeeping Solutions. I ensure that employees receive paychecks on time and have accurate payroll deductions. I am charged with making sure necessary paperwork is completed and organized for new hires and that the new employee feels taken care of in an often nerve-racking experience. I also maintain detailed and accurate employee files for all three HHM companies.Additional contributions include- Complete overhaul of Employee Handbook. Collaborated with the Marketing team with current branding, drafted new policies, and ensured current policies were compliant- Administered new open enrollment software. Reduced margin of error, created a more streamlined and enjoyable experience for employees, and saved the firm a few thousand dollars annually with the switch.
