About Kelly Pham
Hello, I am currently a junior at the University of Texas at Dallas majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology. I gained experience working and serving others as a front desk receptionist and a resident assistant. I learned it\'s important to not just \"get the job done\", but to go above and beyond by transforming the workplace in all capacities, industries, and roles. I have also completed two HR internships. As a recruiting intern, I gained hands-on HR experience with helping potential candidates find roles while practicing my communication skills. As a HR intern, I gained breadth in HR knowledge by learning and being exposed to different responsibilities related to being an HR generalist in order to support the employee lifecycle. I hope to continue gaining more experience in Human Resources through my courses and work experience to learn more about specifics but also gain a broader perspective of the field.
