Responsible for collaborative leadership, facilitation, and implementation of key initiatives to advance the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. Including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement and experience, performance management, and learning and development-In 2022 alone, through multiple recruiting and retention strategies, increased representation of women globally by 6% and doubled the representation of Black and African American employees in the U.S. Drive employee engagement through clear and engaging internal communications (newsletters, all-hands, executive communications, intranet, social campaigns etc.) for all employees worldwide. Maintain overall company events calendar, including both in-person and virtual events, to educate, inspire, and connect our employees to the mission and create an inclusive culture. Produce monthly dynamic DEI events and training for employees and candidates (fireside chats, mentorship-meetups, inclusive leadership training, panel discussions, networking meet-ups, etc.)-In 2022, Produced the company re-brand launch events to inspire and educate employees on the major change. In partnership with the executive team, created new company values that aligned with the new company name, brand, and mission.
