ABOUT KELLY SNIDER

With my empowering management style, I have the unique ability to build strong relationships with my team members and individualize my approach to suit their needs. This fosters a positive and productive work environment where employees feel supported and motivated to grow and develop. My focus on adding fun to work and inspiring my people to stretch and challenge themselves creates a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. I thrive in growth industries which are constantly changing and use humor to add levity to pull the team through stressful situations.With a background in mechanical engineering, I quickly found a fit in the oil industry as a field engineer, where I loved the level of responsibility, the continuous learning and physicality which came with the job. As I progressed into management roles, I gained valuable experience leading operations, sales teams and business units, honing my leadership and business skills. One of the highlights of my career to date was working in seven different countries where I learned the importance of people development and gained exposure to different cultures and approaches while experiencing the exhilaration of travel. I’m now seeking to apply my combination of technical expertise and leadership abilities to help the Cleantech Industry move forward.
