About Kelly Rubey
Always passionate about business as a force for good, I serve as a professor and advisor focused on designing sustainable, community-led solutions. At the University of Notre Dame, I teach community-engaged learning and impact consulting courses that connect undergraduate, graduate, and executive level students with organizations across the U.S. and around the world. Through these engagements, we co-create solutions in accompaniment with non-profits, NGOs, and purpose-driven businesses.My consulting and research center on breaking cycles of poverty and exclusion through strategic, locally grounded solutions. Whether reimagining service models, preparing for catalytic funding, or aligning teams around a bold vision, I bring a systems lens and a deep commitment to relational, place-based change. I believe lasting impact is built through trust, shared work, and moral imagination.
