Using the Agile Project Management method helped develop the CORE Upgrade - Feature Roadmap. I considered our vendor\'s quarterly release, the Upgrade MVP items, and the pain points from before the upgrade. I also looked at the Governance committee\'s project lists. I reviewed new features and accessibility standards. My focus areas were:1. Accessibility standard compliance, receiving an award for the efforts I managed in this area.2. Transitioning \"upgrade OCM\" to \"steady-state stakeholder management.\"I managed user acceptance testing for the CORE system upgrade. I executed the seamless transition and cutover for the CORE system upgrade. I streamlined administrative tasks to expedite stabilization after the CORE upgrade rollout. I support training and user experience in HRM/Labor Allocation. I work with the Central Payroll Unit on communications and training, as needed.I manage the training and user support of CORE and related apps. This was through the upgrade timeline, the go-live transition, and continues with the upgraded CORE version. I put in place a communications cadence to address feature set releases. I assist with approved project items per our change management approach. I support other major state initiatives, including a new ticketing tool, ServiceHub, and Payroll Modernization.I implement team building and foster professional development for the team.
