Oversee its effective usage and promote usage within other areas of the company. • Enhance Project Management Policies and Tools: Continuously assess and enhance project management policies, processes, and tools to ensure they align with industry best practices and business objectives. • Resource Planning and Allocation: Collaborate with department leaders to ensure efficient resource planning and allocation for projects, maximizing the organization\'s capacity to deliver successful outcomes. • Project Review and Prioritization: Manage the PMO intake process by monitoring project submissions, assisting with project reviews, and facilitating the prioritization process in alignment with the organization\'s strategic priorities.
