About Kelly Mayberry
I believe leadership is human first. When people feel seen, supported, and aligned, they perform at their best. As Chief Implementation Officer at Turnkey Strategic Relations, I help organizations turn strategy into execution by aligning people, purpose, and performance. From strategic planning to large-scale implementation, I operate at the intersection of vision and execution, building systems, tools, and infrastructure that don’t just look good on paper, but fundamentally change how leaders lead, how teams operate, and how organizations grow. Service has always been at my core. As a Rotarian since 2007 and past Club President, I’ve invested in developing future leaders through programs like Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), where I served for 17 years, including as Chair from 2020–2023. I’m a Paul Harris Fellow and Sustaining Member, but more importantly, I’ve seen firsthand how service transforms live, including my own. I also serve as Executive Director of the San Pasqual Union Foundation, where I focus on expanding educational opportunities through community engagement, fundraising, and meaningful partnerships. Outside of work, I’m a mom first, raising a son who shares my love for service, adventure, and making a difference. You’ll find us hiking in the Sierras, cycling in the Bike MS Bay to Bay, exploring new places, or cheering at a Padres game. Whether in business, community, or life, my philosophy is simple: lead with heart, stay aligned, and keep climbing. I share insights from my leadership journey and lived experience. Views are my own.
