Certified Mountain Area Specialist A Certified Mountain Area Specialist specializes in the nuances of mountain properties. They complete classes and training about testing for radon, EPA guidelines, wells, septic systems, and fire mitigation. This includes understanding surveys of mountain property, mountain real estate law and laws regarding living with wildlife. Graduate, Realtor® Institute REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. They have gained in-depth market knowledge, increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success. Military Relocation Professional NAR\'s Military Relocation Professional certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Real Estate Negotiation Expert The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals who want to elevate their negotiation and client advocacy skills. All types of negotiation formats and methods are examined so that agents can produce effective results for clients.
