Kelly provides strategic human resources guidance and support across Transwestern’s platform, with dedicated responsibility for the firm’s brokerage service lines and the Mid-Atlantic region. She is well-versed in HR best practices and focused on communicating Transwestern’s values and opportunities through initiatives that advance organizational goals and drive value for team members and clients. Joining Transwestern in 2013, Kelly worked on both the HR Operations and HRIS teams before assuming her current role. In addition to brokerage services, during her tenure as an HR Business Partner she has supported team members across a broad range of functions, including accounting, client accounting, technology services, research, marketing and communications, and construction. As program manager for Level Up: Brokerage Foundations and Level Up: Brokerage Accelerator, Kelly ensures the firm’s professional development curriculum equips new and experienced brokers with the knowledge and skills to excel in their careers and serve clients at the highest level. Kelly also is co-founder and program manager for SOAR, a Transwestern brokerage program focused on the advancement of women in the industry, and serves as co-leader of the national Transwestern Young Professionals (TYP) program.
