The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) is a statewide non-profit corporation regulating, coordinating, and promoting intercollegiate activities in Athletics (16 championship sports), Brain Bowl, Forensics, Model United Nations, Music, Student Government, Student Publications and Theatre within Florida College System colleges. As Executive Director, I manage all administrative functions of the Association, including governing, strategic planning, student learning outcome development and measurement, contract negotiation and management, budgeting, fundraising, policies and procedures, public relations, social media, and oversight of activities for all divisions. Staff includes one associate director, two part-time administrative assistants and a volunteer 24-member Executive Committee.
