Forever an avid learner and reader. Currently as an LMS technology specialist, I am able to help maintain the integrity of live courses across multiple campuses, troubleshoot LMS technical issues/triage LMS related help desk inquiries, as well as handle Identity and Access Management (IAM) for staff, faculty and student LMS accounts as part of the day to day operations. As a lifelong learner, I am always looking forward to expand my knowledge and skills needed to become a well rounded cybersecurity professional. To further my education and experience in technology, I\'ve attended Springboard\'s Cybersecurity bootcamp where I was able to hone in the cybersecurity fundamentals. I was granted the opportunity to attend SANS Women\'s Cyber Immersion Academy where I was able to learn advanced cybersecurity concepts and gain hands on experience with tools such as BurpSuite, Metasploit, Wireshark and many others. I possess excellent communication skills along with efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills. I work well independently, but very much enjoy collaborating with team members.
