   I am the founder of Lasting Light Wellness operating in Howard County Maryland. We offer personal Reiki sessions (in person or via Skype), reflexology, crystal healing, shamanism, Access Consciousness Bars, Energetic Well Being Process, Bioridian, and Yoga. We offer the following workshops Reiki, crystal healing, expanding the chakras, crystal healing, stress reduction, yoga birth, and shamanism. Our company offers workshops in Yoga Birth, Reiki, crystal healing, chakra work. We off the following yoga classes adult, child, pre-natal, office, yoga wall, SUP Balance Board (stand up paddle board) & gentle yoga classes. I am a Usui, Sekhem-Seichim (SHSK), Karuna Reiki(r), Celtic, Kundalini, Lightatarian, and Karuna Ki Reiki Master. I am a shaman in the Peruvian tradition and studied through the Shamanic Training Institute and the Four Winds Society (Alberto Villoldo). I am a foot, hand, and ear reflexologist. I am a chakra sound healer, an Energetic Well Being Process (EGWBP) practitioner (advanced proficiency level) EGWBP works quickly to energetically release emotional triggers which in turn helps solve their physical manifestations in the body (it acts like a much more powerful and faster version of Yuen method), Bioridian practitioner (Bioridian is much like Cherokee Crystal Healing, it uses selenite crystals on specific meridian points on the body to create change and release) as taught to me by the late David Singing Bear, and an Access Consciousness Bars practitioner. Kelly is also an aromatherapist and essential oil educator. She runs Lasting Light Oils and is looking to bring a fun oil party event to your home, work, or group.I am also a nationally registered yoga instructor I am available for special events and yoga parties. We also present on all of these topics and offer corporate health fair seminars.
