I empower people to navigate divorce and co-parenting with confidence and less conflict—so they can make informed decisions that protect what matters most: their children, their finances, and their peace of mind.As a Certified Divorce Coach, Mediator, and Co-Parenting Specialist, I support individuals and families through the practical and emotional complexities of divorce. This journey is made up of hundreds of small steps. At First Steps Divorce, I help you determine your destination and guide you through each step—whether you\'re beginning separation, negotiating agreements, or establishing a healthy co-parenting relationship.I walk with clients through all the moving parts of divorce—not just the emotional toll, but the strategic decisions around finances, communication, co-parenting, negotiation, and working effectively with their divorce team. I specialize in helping parents shift from a romantic relationship to a business-like co-parenting mindset. I believe that when parents redefine their roles and make decisions with their children’s needs at the center, they can build a healthier foundation for their family’s future.In addition to my direct work with clients, I serve as a Co-Trainer for the Co-Parenting Specialist® Training Program and train divorce professionals looking to adopt a client-centered approach in their work.
