Responsible for driving portfolio sales growth and revenue through the largest, most complex Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). I build, develop, and manage customer relationships at the senior level to identify and execute comprehensive business strategies that help meet the IDN\'s needs. Ensure operational excellence in A/P, contract/price alignment, inventory fill rates, and customer service. Responsible for assigned IDNs\' overall contract compliance, financial performance, revenue goals, and profitability of the portfolio offerings. Effectively map solutions to address customers\' strategic goals. I indirectly manage and lead Medline Industries Field Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in product, programs, and services that cover the entire continuum of care- hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, home health, behavior health, lab, and post-acute care. Provide new clinical, financial, and operational programs that support hospital initiatives to reduce infection rates, improve patient satisfaction and drive compliance; provide service to existing businesses and presents new solutions to clinicians and purchasing entities.
